We are friends and first-time brewers from Ontario, Canada. We will be attempting various brews at each of our houses and sharing the results. By the sounds of things the process is pretty easy, and the key element is following the recipe!
We will post our recipes, gravities, and temperatures followed by a rating of the product and in time some sort of chart. Anyone who consumes the finished product will fill out a score card rating various properties. Eventually we will aggregate the results somehow to help others brew cheap, good quality wines.
